I just love a good shake and this is definitely one to put on the “household staples” list. It’s filled with protein, omega fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. It’s filling. It’s lightly sweet. It’s AWESOME! It’s perfect for the growing baby inside me.
Gently Spiced Omega Protein Shake

Yield 3 cups
1 cup water
1 cup ice
2 bananas, peeled
2 heaping tablespoons hemp protein powder
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
Blend it all up and enjoy the omega – protein power combo!
