3 cups Green Smoothie (banana, spinach, frozen blueberries)
Protein Shake (Sun Warrior protein powder blended with almond milk and cinnamon)
Carrots and Hummus
Cookie (nut butter base)
Grapefruit
2 oz wheat grass (while shopping at Whole Foods)
Go Raw Granola Bar (while shopping at Whole Foods)
Herb Avocado Kelp Noodles
Herb Avocado Kelp Noodles (2nd serving)
5 prunes
… If I’m still hungry I’ll make a green smoothie
