Wild caught salmon getting ready for the Sous Vide Supreme

  • Iced Bulletproof Coffee – mostly decaf with 3 tablespoons grass fed butter, 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil, 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 3 pastured eggs cooked gently in my sous vide supreme along with some cooked spiralized veggies and drizzled with grass fed butter
  • 2 Strawberry Muffins (gluten free)
  • Wild caught king Salmon cooked in my sous vide supreme
  • Sliced red potato and bok choy with rosemary garlic butter
  • Chocolate ice cream (homemade)
