  • Raw cashews
  • Dark Chocolate (85% dark, organic, and fair trade)

Lunch

  • 2 slices Vanilla Paleo Bread
  • Raw carrots and celery

Dinner

  • 4 Gently scrambled (pasture raised) eggs
  • Steamed cauliflower with lemon chive grass fed butter
