Green Smoothie w/ Sunflower Lecithin (video)

Green Smoothie with Sunflower Lecithin

Yield 1 quart

1 1/2 cups filtered water
1-2 handfuls ice
2 cups mango, peeled and pitted
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 large handful spinach
1 scoop SunWarrior rice protein powder
1 spoonful Sunflower Lecithin
1 serving probiotic powder

Blend it up!
