I heard a podcast about 5 years ago, where a male model with beautiful skin (of course) was interviewed. He said one of his secrets to having beautiful skin and a perfectly lean body was eating sardines. He even packed them in his backpack when he was traveling. He’d simply pop open the top and eat them. Some people stared, but he didn’t care. His skin and body were important to him – he was a model after all.
I intuitively knew sardines held a lot of promise.
I wanted to eat sardines, but I didn’t know where to start. I heard paleo-dieters talk about the awesome virtues of sardines. They were supposed to be really nutritious – ok, cool.
I decided to jump in and try them. They had too many great factors going for them. I had to get on board. I knew there were people out there who loved them so I figured they either knew something that I didn’t, or they grew up loving them, or they just weren’t that bad and I was making a big deal of nothing. I was determined.
But how in the hell do you eat them?
I mean, I know how to eat them, but HOW? They’re stinky little fish, right?
