And…to celebrate the occasion, let’s have a FABULOUS Raw Vegan smoothie with seeds in it (oh my goodness…this is REALLY delicious! You have to make this.)
1 1/2 – 2 cups water
3 frozen bananas
3 cloves
2 tablespoons raw chocolate powder
1 1/2 tablespoons hemp powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Blend all of the ingredients together. Enjoy!
