Holiday recipe time. I wrote this post filled for myself – I wanted an easy way to access my best holiday recipes on my blog in one place. Some are raw vegan recipes and some are for the omnivore crowd. Even though I am not vegan anymore, I certainly still enjoy and love many vegan recipes.
Holiday Chia Pudding Recipe
This holiday recipe made the rounds heavily when I first introduced it because it is so creamy, delicious, and full of holiday flavors. Healthy, too. That’s what makes it a winner. Healthy and fabulous.
Fresh Cranberry Chia Pudding
Cranberries are loaded with healthful polyphenols and having them in a vegan chia pudding is perfect. Nourish your body with seasonal nutrients, and satisfy your soul with gooey texture. Serve this recipe for breakfast or a snack.
Pecan Spice Delight Cookies
Additionally, I love easy cookies that have a healthy angle, and raw cookies are the best for that. A food processor and some yummy ingredients —> all you need for this recipe. Get ready for a sweet and spicy party in your mouth with these. If you’re looking for an easy, “can’t eat just one” and super satiating cookie recipe that will literally take you only minutes to make, then look no more. They also make a great dish to pass.
Rudolph Cherry Cobbler Holiday Recipe
This recipe is my husband’s favorite and he requests is every single year. I can’t say I blame him… it is friggin’ awesome. The squishy and delicious cherries explode with flavor, and the crumble adds just the right amount of texture.
Pumpkin Spice Creamy Buttered Latte Holiday Recipe
Tis the season to enjoy some fabulous holiday drinks and food, like this fantastically fun recipe. :) Mmmmmm yummmm. Pumpkin Latte with real pumpkin in it. That’s a healthy and great way to go.
Most of the time, I amp the pumpkin flavor and nutrition way up by adding Dr. Cowan’s Pumpkin powder which I didn’t discover until after I created this holiday recipe. In fact, you can swap out the pumpkin puree for just the powder. So good! (And if the eggs freak you out, just leave’m out.)
Pumpkin Pie
Alas, my family loves this holiday pie recipe and I’ve been making it for a few holidays now. It makes an appearance a few times each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas. My favorite part, other than the quality ingredients, is that it’s really easy to make. This pumpkin pie is gluten-free, grain-free, and almost-paleo.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
