Kristen Suzanne

Kristen Suzanne was a competitive natural bodybuilder in her early 20's and was 100% vegan from 2002-2013. At that time, she was approximately 50% Raw, with her cooked foods comprising mostly vegetables and whole grains. In 2005, Kristen migrated to being 75% Raw. At times, she was even 100% Raw. She now eats a diet high in natural animal and plant-based food. Most of this archival site reflects her opinions and diet during her Raw food period and remains in place for informational purposes for those who are interested in learning about Raw food. She continues to eat most of the foods described in this site and her recipe books, as they comprise part of a natural, whole-foods-based diet.
