BREAKFAST
Kamea (my 3.5 year old):
- 2 pasture raised organic gently scrambled eggs, over low heat, in Ancient Organic’s grass fed organic ghee with 5-Spoke raw grass fed cheese
- organic banana
- pasture raised homemade chicken liver pate
- salsa and fresh organic thyme
- Plus fermented cod liver oil.
- Attune probiotic chocolate square.
Myself:
- Liposomal Glutathione on an empty stomach
- Then 20 minutes later I had my decaf iced coffee shake (recipes here)
- Followed by a cup of organic herbal tea to support fertility (red clover, raspberry leaf, chaga, rooibos, and nettle) with a tablespoon of grass fed collagen stirred in for beauty and structural support.
Greg: He usually doesn’t wake up until early afternoon, and at that time he has his Coffee Shake.
LUNCH
Kamea:
- diced up grass fed steak
- organic raspberries
- raw pecans
- organic brussels sprouts with grass fed butter.
Myself:
- fermented cod liver oil
- teaspoon High Vitamin Butter Oil
- 2 raw pasture raised egg yolks (I just put them in a shot glass and toss them back, swallow with the filtered water)
- Attune probiotic chocolate
- diced up grass fed steak
- steamed organic brussels sprouts with grass fed butter.
Greg:
- fermented cod liver oil
- liposomal glutathione
- raw sprouted sunflower seeds. He usually fasts from the time he has his Coffee Shake until dinner other than little things as noted above. His Coffee Shake is loaded up with nutrients and calories though so it keeps him satiated for hours.
DINNER
We all had:
- Slow Cooked Pasture Raised Organic Orange Chicken n Yams
- Homemade Strawberry Coconut Milk Ice Cream
